How to survive the reef

🐟 You auto-swim forward. You only steer UP / DOWN — the current does the rest.

🦈 Big fish swim right → left. Only their teeth can eat you — a bump on their side just hurts a little. Red ! = swim away fast!
🪼 Jellies pulse up & down. 🦀 Crabs snap on the seabed — don't hug the floor.
🎣 Nets drop from boats (watch the shadow + splash warning!) and hooks dangle. Touch a falling net and it catches you and drags you down — the landing ends the run. Only a shield can break you free.
🌀 Teal current bands push you — ride or fight them.
🦪 Pearls = +25. 😱 Near-miss = +15 × combo. 🛡️ Shield bubble saves you once — even from a bite.

❤ Health board: jellies, hooks & claws cost 1 HP. But if a bigger fish engulfs you — instant game over! (Bigger unlocked fish devour smaller ones instead.)
⚡ Boost (⚡ button, or hold SHIFT / SPACE): swim 1.75× faster to escape — the tank drains and refills on its own.
🐟 Munch silver fry (+15). 🏁 Clear levels for 💎 gems to unlock bigger fish.
👑 Clear Level 5 to open the ∞ Endless Reef score chase.
